These do come with the wiring plug ins like you see but you will probably still have to hardwire them into the truck or trailer you are using. These do have the brackets shown and side reflectors on them. The wiring comes right out of the back of the light. No pluged in like other lights I have that are grotes. The brackets mount to the inside of the frame rail on the GM Cab & Chassis Trucks.
