Offered for sale is this Vintage & with Menu Rare Promotional 1976 Lunch Pail Dinner "Dolph Briscoe" Dome Lunchbox (Red Version) in Nr Mint Condition & issued 48 Years ago by Thermos. This "Promotional" Lunchbox was given away on October 22/76 in Austin Texas as part of a fund raiser for Texas Governor Dolph Briscoe & advertised as the "Lunch Pail Dinner" with Dolph & Janey Briscoe. Not sure how many of these were made but estimates are around 800 in total. What sets this lunchbox aside is the Rare Menu is still present.. Listed in the Lunchbox Kids guide as well as the Collectors Guide to Lunchboxes as shown in my last 2 pics with guide value of $150-$200 with Rare Menu. This lunchbox was issued in 2 colors ...This Red Version as well as a Black version. I have both colors issued for sale in my store as shown in my 3rd last pick.
