You will receive three rings for the driver side headlight, three rings for the passenger side headlight, and two rings for the fog lights in the WHITE/OEM COLOR (same color as the factory LEDs on Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc) . These are for the triple rings for each headlight (meaning these will include the small halo rings for each headlight, too). Other Oracle packages don't have include the small halos. These halo rings are NOT complete replacement headlights. You install these Oracle rings into your Charger's existing headlights and fog lights (we recommend you hire a professional shop to do this). We will include detailed installation instructions. You simply wire the rings to an existing 12V power source on your Charger (or wire them to a switch so you can manually turn them on/off).
